Job Description – Motorsports Parts & Sales Professional - Yamaha, Can-Am, Ski-Doo and Lynx

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

·Working knowledge of motorsports equipment and parts including Side X Sides, ATV’s, motorcycles, dirt bikes & snowmobiles *This is required*

· Mature, stable & responsible

· Excellent customer service skills over the phone, in person and online

· Proficient reading & reading comprehension, math, spelling & grammar skills

· Comfortable working with computers – e-mail, Microsoft Office, internet applications, online testing, etc.

· Ability to obtain State of Colorado Salesperson License (background check, fingerprints, etc.)

Duties include:

· Customer service with parts, service & sales over the phone, in person and online.

· Assist service department with parts & scheduling of service & repair work

· Maintain showroom & outside area displays, cleanliness & organization

· Work schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday.

· Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, service to customers

· Organized and attention to detail are a must

Customer Service

• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Create relationships with customers by creating a customer-centric experience for all.
• Inform management of customer service opportunities.
• Enhances organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
